ServiceNow是一种基于云推算的企业服务治理（ESM）平台，它提供了一套全面的解决规划，用于治理和自动化企业的服务和运营。
2024年7月12日，宝运莱官方网站集团VSRC监测到ServiceNow中建复了多个缝隙，目前这些缝隙的细节及PoC已公开，详情如下：
CVE-2024-4879 ：ServiceNow Jelly模板注入缝隙
ServiceNow UI宏中存在Jelly模板注入缝隙，未经身份验证的威胁者可利用该缝隙注入恶意代码，从而绕过安全节造、窃取敏感信息或导致远程执行代码，该缝隙的CVSS评分为9.3。
CVE-2024-5217：ServiceNow Glide表白式注入缝隙
由于 GlideExpressionScript 类中对用户输入过滤不当，未经身份验证的威胁者可通过/login.do接口的jvar_page_title参数传递恶意内容导致远程代码执行，该缝隙的CVSS评分为9.2。
CVE-2024-5178：ServiceNow文件读守信息泄露缝隙
由于SecurelyAccess API 中存在输入验证不美满，可能导致治理用户未经授权接见 Web 利用法式服务器上的敏感文件，造成信息泄露，该缝隙的CVSS评分为6.9。

l 定期更新系统补丁，削减系统缝隙，提升服务器的安全性。
l 加强系统和网络的接见节造，批改防火墙战术，关关非必要的利用端口或服务，削减将危险服务（如SSH、RDP等）露出到公网，削减攻击面。
l 使用企业级安全产品，提升企业的网络安全机能。
l 加强系统用户和权限治理，启用多成分认证机造和最幼权限准则，用户和软件权限应维持在最低限度。
l 启用强密码战术并设置为定期批改。
